About

We are a third generation of construction professionals. Our father learned from our Pap Bud and then started Buds Boys Construction Inc. He trained us as he took us on jobs when we were 3 and 4 years old. At that age, he would place us on knee boards to finish the concrete and began to teach us the precise techniques we needed to know of every aspect of the jobs. Thus, the desire to start AMS Construction and Remodeling began.

Although there are 25 and 33 years of experience in the construction field, AMS has been established for 6 years. My brother, John (Bud), partners to make sure that all customers are receiving the best product, with the best workmanship possible. Bud keeps up to date on all the new ideas that are entering into the construction and remodeling world by attending yearly classes so that our customers will have a wide variety of options to choose from.

They both are involved with the youth of their community. Bud coaches AMS Little League Baseball, while Aaron is the defensive line coach for Belle Vernon Area High School. Both have seen their teams win championships. Bud’s team in 2024 and Aaron, in 2023 & 2024 saw the team accomplish winning their division as well as back to back state championship wins. They both are active within their church, Blainsburg Bible Church.

Our Goal

OUR GOAL is not so much to keep growing, although that would be beneficial, but our main goal and vision is to keep the customer in awe of the outcome of their projects. We want them to not only enjoy their homes, but to love the beauty of it all.
